In this 50-minute session, we take a holistic approach to help you overcome sugar cravings. Through nutritional guidance, behavioral strategies, physical activity tips, and a support system, we address your unique triggers and build sustainable habits for lasting health and balance.

Each session ends with homework and clear expectations which are discussesd and reviewed at the beginning of each session.
Clients will be expected to come to their sessions prepared and ready to work!
